A clearer health story.A better starting point for care.

MedVault rebuilds fragmented records, symptoms, labs, medications, and questions into one continuous story you can understand and your clinician can use—so the appointment starts with context, not reconstruction.

A better starting pointClear context for the care conversation
ONE FRAGMENTED STORY · TWO SIDES

The same incomplete picture follows both people into the room.

Health information is scattered across portals, PDFs, memories, and moments that were never recorded. The patient has to retell it. The clinician has to reconstruct it.

FOR THE PATIENT

“I'm carrying the pieces.”

Records live in different portals. Symptoms blur together. Important context and questions can disappear when the conversation begins.

One fragmented story. Two people trying to rebuild it.
FOR THE CLINICIAN

“I need the whole picture.”

Limited visit time is spent gathering and reconciling history instead of understanding what it means and evaluating what should happen next.

THE PRODUCT STORY

From fragmented information to a clearer path through care.

MedVault gathers the pieces, rebuilds the longitudinal story, and brings the relevant context into the room when it matters.

GATHER THE FULL PICTURE

Bring the pieces into one private record.

Records, labs, medications, symptoms, photos, PDFs, portal screenshots, and voice notes can become part of one continuous health history. MedVault proposes the structure. You review it before anything is saved.

  • Original sources stay connected
  • Nothing enters the record without review

REBUILD THE STORY

Understand what changed—and what may be missing.

Journeys organizes symptoms, treatments, lab changes, decisions, and open questions over time. Instead of searching through documents, you can see the arc of what happened and carry that context forward.

  • Follow change across time
  • Make gaps and unanswered questions visible

THE CLINICIAN-READY SUMMARY
You wouldn’t walk into a meeting at work unprepared. Why treat the most important meeting of your life that way?

Bring the full story into the room.

The clinician-ready summary is where your rebuilt health story becomes useful in the room. MedVault brings the relevant history, changes, treatments, goals, questions, and unknowns into a concise summary that you review and approve before the visit.

  • Reviewed and approved by you
  • Clear context for a more useful conversation
AFTER THE VISIT

The story keeps moving.

New decisions, instructions, results, and follow-ups return to the journey. The next conversation begins with more context instead of another restart.

WHAT BETTER CONTEXT MAKES POSSIBLE

Better-informed care starts
with a clearer picture.

MedVault gives you and your clinician a shared, coherent starting point—so less of the visit is spent rebuilding the past and more can be spent understanding what it means and deciding what comes next.

FAQs

01What is MedVault?+

MedVault is a private, local-first iPhone app that rebuilds fragmented health information into a continuous story you can understand and control. Its clinician-ready summary turns the relevant parts of that story into clear context for a better-informed care conversation.

02Who is MedVault for?+

MedVault is for people whose health story has become difficult to carry: people managing ongoing conditions, seeing multiple clinicians, coordinating care for someone else, receiving care across systems or countries, or simply wanting to own and understand their records.

03How does MedVault help me prepare for an appointment?+

Journeys brings together what changed, what you tried, how you responded, and what is still open. You can review those details, decide what matters for the visit, and keep your questions from getting lost once the conversation starts.

04What does my clinician receive?+

You can share a concise, problem-oriented appointment summary containing your reason for the visit, current state, timeline, treatments and responses, questions, and missing information. Patient-reported details are labeled, and the summary is not a diagnosis.

05Does my clinician need MedVault?+

No. The current product lets you generate a summary that you can bring to the appointment and share directly. A structured handoff into clinician systems is planned, but it is not available today.

06Where is my data stored?+

Your vault and original documents are stored on your iPhone. If you choose iCloud backup, the encrypted backup lives in your private iCloud account, not in a MedVault medical-record database.

07How does MedVault use AI?+

Venice handles document extraction, text conversations, and assistant-memory processing. Live voice uses Google Gemini only while a call is active. MedVault sends the relevant content needed for the action you request, not your entire vault.

08What is Venice?+

Venice is a private AI inference provider used for MedVault’s document and text features. According to Venice, prompts are not stored, linked to your identity, or used for model training, and are purged after each request.

09Is my data used for training?+

No. MedVault does not use your vault to train its own models. MedVault’s current privacy disclosure also states that Venice does not use submitted prompts for model training.

10Can MedVault diagnose or treat me?+

No. MedVault is an organization and preparation tool. Its AI-generated summaries and trends are informational, can be incomplete, and should be verified against original records and discussed with a qualified clinician.
